Texas A&M vs. Auburn: Live stream, watch online, TV channel, coverage, kickoff time, odds, spread, pick

No. 5 Texas A&M will travel Saturday to face SEC West rival Auburn with its College Football Playoff hopes still alive and revenge on its mind. It’s not likely  the one-loss Aggies can win the SEC West, but heading into the end of the regular season with their one loss coming in a hard-fought game against No. 1 Alabama should sit well with the committee.

The Tigers are coming off of an embarrassing 42-13 loss to rival Alabama in the Iron Bowl. Quarterback Bo Nix struggled under immense pressure last weekend, the running game struggled and the secondary was lost against the high-flying Crimson Tide. There’s still plenty for coach Gus Malzahn’s crew to play for. Not only can the Tigers play the spoiler role and wreck Texas A&M’s title hopes, but they can pick up their fourth straight win in the series.

Let’s break down the game and

MakeMyTrip: Attractive Indian Online Travel Platform But Valuation Hard To Justify (NASDAQ:MMYT)

Introduction and Investment Thesis

MakeMyTrip (MMYT) is an online travel agency focused on the Indian market where the company offers a digital platform for customers to purchase tickets or make reservations for a variety of travel-related activities. As an example, the company’s solution allows customers to purchase airline tickets, bus tickets, rail/car tickets, as well as lodging and other experiences. The company’s network in India is very strong with over 77K domestic accommodations and an even stronger ex-India network with over 700K accommodations.

Initially, the company focused on the Indian expat market in the US and servicing those customers who were looking for airfare between India and the United States. This has shifted since then and the company has now become much more of an India-focused play with a strong focus on domestic travel. This is part of my longer-term bullishness on the company. According to research from the Australian

Why these apparel buyers prefer an online marketplace

With 2020 turning into the year of the B2B marketplace thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, buyers are finding that the value of marketplaces extends beyond the convenience of purchasing online in a safe environment when travel to a physical marketplace doesn’t always make sense.

I can search for specific patterns, such as paisley prints, and learn about a supplier before starting a relationship with them.

The reasons buyers cite for turning to online marketplaces involve ways that make their jobs easier, including the ability to see supplier reviews and ratings, use sophisticated search engines, track orders, and review invoices.

Brooke Howerton, owner of boutique apparel retailer The Paisley Heart, says a big reason she purchases through the FashionGo online marketplace, at FashionGo.net, is that she can see all products from competing suppliers in one place. That makes her

Burlington School District to apply for 2-week extension for online learning

Michaele Niehaus

Burlington students will not be returning to their school buildings Monday, when the district’s approval to teach 100% online was set to expire, and they may continue to learn from home until the start of the new year.

The Burlington School Board on Friday voted 4-2 to apply for a two-week extension for online-only learning. While the state likely will not review the application until next week, schools are allowed a two-day grace period wherein schools can remain online until a decision is made.

“This is gut-wrenching,” board member Darven Kendell said after voting in favor of the motion. “This entire process is very stressful and very taxing, and I know we are all trying to make the best possible choices for our students and staff and community.”

With extended school hours and Friday’s reserved for professional development, there are 10 school days left

What Teachers Have Learned About Online Classes During COVID-19 : NPR

Teachers are working hard to improve the online experience, but many students are still left behind.
Teachers are working hard to improve the online experience, but many students are still left behind.

Deborah Rosenthal starts her virtual kindergarten class on Zoom every morning with a song — today, it’s the Spanish version of “If You’re Happy and You Know It.” Her students clap along. There’s a greeting from the class mascot (a dragon), yoga, meditation and then some practice with letter sounds: “Oso, oso, O, O, O.”

Rosenthal teaches Spanish immersion in a public school in San Francisco’s Mission District. Most of the families are low-income, and many are now affected by job losses related to COVID-19. She has taught kindergarten for 15 years, and she loves how “hands-on,” “tactile” and “cozy” it is to work with 5-year-olds.

But this year, she’s spending 10 or 12 hours a day on, basically, her own home production of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood en Español. “It’s a very two-dimensional experience,” she says.

Few people would tell you that online kindergarten was a good idea, or frankly

With Germany’s Theaters Closed, the Drama’s Online. Again.

MUNICH — Perhaps it’s the onset of winter, the shorter days and the longer evenings, but right now, watching theater at home, online, doesn’t seem quite as dreary or tiresome as it did during the spring lockdown.

Back in March, theaters scrambled to put up as much of their recorded archives as they could, resulting in a staggering volume of nightly streams that was nearly unmanageable.

With Germany’s second lockdown, which began in early November and was recently extended through the end of the year, theaters are trying to keep their current seasons going with a mix of premieres and recent recordings at a time when they can’t welcome audiences inside their auditoriums.

All this shows that theaters here have learned something from the experience of the past eight, mostly performance-free months. While stages remained dark, some theaters made contingency plans for future lockdowns.

It’s difficult to generate excitement about

How to Start a Real Relationship Online

Untitled-1

It’s not a set of rules—it’s a state of mind.

It’s a frustrating time to try and foster connections of any kind, but dating is  especially complicated. Particularly in places where it’s getting colder outside, the best spaces for getting to know someone new are digital ones.

Many people in long-distance relationships (myself included) are slightly more accustomed to online relationships—because, in many cases, the internet is where they began.

Long-distance relationships are a complex state of affairs, especially with the world as it is, but they can absolutely be fulfilling and rewarding. I’m non-monogamous, and my two longest romantic relationships are with people who live far away from me, each of whom I met on social media. I haven’t been able to be together in person with either partner I love in roughly nine months, but they and I still manage to maintain our bond and love for each

The Sleeping Trees Chat THE LEGEND OF MOBY DICK WHITTINGTON, Online

BWW Interview: The Sleeping Trees Chat THE LEGEND OF MOBY DICK WHITTINGTON, Online
The Sleeping Trees in The Legend of
Moby Dick Whittington

John Woodburn, James Dunnell-Smith and Joshua George Smith make up comedy trio, The Sleeping Trees. They spoke to BroadwayWorld about bringing their latest Christmas comedy show, The Legend of Moby Dick Whittington, to online audiences.

Who inspired you most growing up?

John: When I grew up, I was fascinated by ’60s music. My dad drove me to football games then one day he introduced me to The Kinks, and I’ve never looked back. I think what I love about The Kinks frontman/songwriter, Ray Davies, is the way in every song he makes; he tells a wonderful story.

Ever since, I have been interested in storytelling, how to play with people’s imagination, and bringing things to life. I watched a lot of Kenan & Kel when I was young too. They taught me to be silly with your mates. You
