Jack Sedlack Memorial Cleanup

Join together with neighbors, friends and family members on April 24 at 9 a.m. for the 26th annual Jack Sedlak Memorial Clean-Up Day.

Groups, families and individuals are welcome to participate. An appreciation picnic will follow the event.

For more information, contact the Monroeville Recreation Department at 412-856-1006.

Easter Book Walk

The Municipality of Monroeville and Monroeville Public Library bring you its latest in the Community Book Walk series. The Book Walk will be available along the trail behind the gazebo and flower garden from March 19 through April 5.

Everyone likes a game of hide and seek, right? When all the other eggs want to play, Shel is not sure about joining them. To make matters worse, there are eggs missing. What’s a good egg to do? This hilarious adventure is coming to Monroeville Community Park (West).

Drive-Thru Easter Egg Hunt

Stop by the Monroeville Community Park (West) with your children ages 2-10 and pick up a bag of pre-filled eggs and a couple of extra goodies on March 27 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Bags will be distributed at the turnabout at the Gazebo, with the Easter Bunny sitting nearby and waving to all his friends. In addition to the treat bags, clue sheets will be provided that you can use for creating your own at-home scavenger egg hunt.

Share photos from your at-home egg hunt on the Monroeville Recreation Facebook page on or before April 1 to be entered for a chance to win one of several gift cards. No registration is necessary. Supplies are limited.

New office location
