Tyler Hubbard has tested positive for coronavirus.
The Florida Georgia Line member revealed on Monday that he had tested positive for COVID-19 — but luckily he’s asymptomatic and quarantining on his tour bus outside of his home.
“Some of y’all guessed it….. Got the Rona,” the 33-year-old captioned a selfie of himself outside of his house and wearing a baseball cap. “Asymptomatic. Quarantining on bus.”
“Miss my family. Writing songs. Thankful,” he ended the note.

“Glad you are feeling ok and I’m currently taking up a collection plate to send Hayley on a solo vacation after your quarantine,” commented Cassie Kelley, wife of Lady A’s Charles Kelley.
Hubbard and bandmate Brian Kelley were set to perform at the CMA Awards on Wednesday, but PEOPLE can confirm that they will no longer be hitting the stage. Fellow country star Lee Brice, who was nominated and set to perform, also had to drop out due to his own diagnosis.

In a series of Instagram Stories and a post on Monday evening, wife Hayley further explained the situation, revealing the family — including 2½-year-old daughter Olivia Rose and sons Luca Reed, 15 months, and newborn Atlas Roy, 7 weeks — have been on lockdown since last week.
“We’ve been quarantined since Wednesday night when Tyler got his first positive COVID test right after someone told him he may have been exposed … he’s pretty asymptomatic. He did infect two other people and it’s seriously a miracle I don’t have it, because he was barely in the same room [with the other people],” she said.
“The hardest part for us was going through that list of people we had come into contact with prior to his positive test, thinking, ‘Oh my gosh, we could have infected them and not even known it.’ This has already affected our life and it’s going to affect so many more lives. It’s just such a domino effect. You really realize it when you’re in it.”
She added, “Tyler was exposed to someone last week who had it, so if I did get it I would probably be showing symptoms tomorrow or the next day. So I’m going to continually get tested and hope that the kids don’t get it if I do have it.”
Hayley, 33, also said their younger son Atlas was being cared for by their nanny Katie Kelley at her own home in an attempt to keep the virus away from his burgeoning immune system.
“Tyler tested positive for COVID 19 — but luckily so far we’re all still negative & he’s asymptomatic for the most part🙏🏻 With all the craziness going on this year it’s extra confirmation how little is in our control.”
“I did have a freak out moment and told Tyler not take it personally because it wasn’t his fault, but yes I was frustrated at the sequence of events and how it seemingly felt like I had to pull most of the weight the last couple months with his [ruptured Achilles tendon and broken ankle] surgery right before [the] birth of our 3rd child and now this while we have a newborn that I can’t see for 14 days and two very active toddlers … and not to mention it has put some of my projects on hold that I’ve been so excited about,” she admits.
“After my ‘moment’ I chose to think of all the MANY positive things, one being that I get lots of one on one time with Olivia and Luca. There’s so much to be grateful for and I can’t wait for Tyler to finish his quarantine so we can all be together as a family again!!”
On Sunday, the singer shared a photo of his dog Harley and tour bus in his driveway, hinting at the fact that he was spending some time apart from his family.
“Any ideas why I would have my tour bus parked in the driveway?” he captioned the post.
Hubbard also shared his wife’s Instagram story showing their daughter Liv wiping down the handles of their refrigerator.
“I swear I don’t make her do this,” Hayley captioned the video. “She takes after @tylerhubbard with her cleaning skills.”
“Lol…. She knows how to make daddy proud,” he wrote on his repost.

Hubbard also shared a video he sent to fellow country singer Brett Young asking for advice on what to do on the tour bus while quarantining. (Young was one of the first stars to return from Europe at the start of the pandemic and quarantined in his bus as well. He never tested positive for coronavirus.)
“I was just thinking about you because I’m in the driveway of my tour bus quarantining because I tested positive for COVID,” he said in the clip posted to his Instagram Story. “Bored out of my mind. Not really sure what to do. I guess I’ll maybe write a song or something. What do you do for 20 days on a tour bus? That’s basically what I’m asking.”
