TUI BLUE For Families hotel: what can you expect?

With endless opportunities to try new experiences, activities and cuisine, the TUI BLUE For Families hotels will make your break one to remember

When taking a family holiday, it’s important that everyone feels catered for. The TUI BLUE For Families hotels were created with this in mind: to satisfy families big and small. TUI BLUE For Families offers holidays that tick all the boxes for every generation – from providing kids’ clubs and baby-and-parent sessions. Every detail has been tailored for families.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, all TUI holidays, including the TUI BLUE For Families hotels have extra precautions in place, so you can have peace of mind for the safety and comfort of your family. There will be extra distance ruling and less capacity in all of the hotels, which are designed in every aspect to be family-friendly and buggy-friendly too.

Making healthy taste delicious

When it comes to mealtimes, you can expect high-quality, locally inspired dining that’s made for sharing. Restaurant capacity will be significantly reduced with extended opening hours and reorganised self-service buffets – wherever possible, food and drink will be served by staff who will always be wearing masks.

To support healthy eating, children are encouraged to try new, delicious healthy foods by being given a lanyard for which they can enjoy collecting stickers each time they try something new in the Healthy Eating Challenge. Each TUI BLUE for families hotel also has its own Thea’s Coffee Shop (not part of the inclusive package),for guests to unwind in.

Good clean fun

There’s day-to-night entertainment available for all the family, spanning everything from fun-filled activities to fitness and creative classes. During the evenings, there’s a range of entertainment including games for the little ones and family shows. Only events, sports and entertainment that involve small groups without close contact will be available, and childcare will be adapted to meet the new standards and requirements of the destination you choose.

Health and happiness: enjoy locally inspired dining options

TUI is taking extra measures to cater to smaller groups within the kids’ club, as well as using contactless registration where possible, using staggered arrival times and making more activities outdoors, so parents and caregivers can rest assured that the highest measures are put in place to keep their family safe on holiday.

The free kids’ clubs are split into age groups, with space for babies and teens, too. For children up to three, baby-and parent sessions are available, while air-conditioned baby lounges are open at most destinations, equipped with changing tables and bottle warmers.  Little ones of five and up can hone their swimming skills in the Swim School during selected periods, while teens can meet friends and relax in The Hangout. Please note that, due to Covid-19, availability might be more restricted.

When it comes to accommodation at a TUI BLUE For Families hotel, you can choose to spread out in a family suite with its own living space, in an apartment with a kitchenette or even upgrade to have a private pool right outside your door, depending on the resort you choose.

And when it’s time for the family to rest for the night before another day of adventure, you can sleep easily, knowing that extensive new cleaning practices have been put in place to protect you as much as possible, with rooms deep cleaned and a robust cleaning protocol.
