Is Target Open on Thanksgiving 2020? Grocery Store Holiday Hours

Thanksgiving Day is here, and whether you’re looking for a last-minute ingredient for dinner, or want to enjoy some holiday sales, you may be thinking about heading to Target. But is Target open on Thanksgiving Day?

Target will be closed on Thanksgiving Day this year. The company announced its decision to close its stores on Thanksgiving in July as part of its adjustment plans to “make the holiday shopping experience simple, safe and stress-free” amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Instead of heading out to Target stores on Thanksgiving Day to make the most of the sales, Target is encouraging customers to “kick back, relax, and enjoy a long nap after you finish that last piece of Thanksgiving turkey.”

Target will instead offer Black Friday deals throughout the entire month of November, with discounts in home, apparel and accessories, electronics, and more, as well as weeklong discounts and digital deals every day

Online Comic Store SUBaCOMIC Launches As Real Actual Shop In Peebles

In May 2017, the Glasgow-based SUBaCOMIC comic book subscriptions website and eBay Shop was launched, owned by the folks who own Red Hot Comics in Glasgow. This year in April, as comic stores began to shut down, they launched SUBaCOMIC as a full retail website. As of this week, they have gone one step further.

They have launched SUBaCOMIC as a fully-blown comic book store in its own right, in the Scottish Borders town of Peebles in Peebleshire. Which is pretty much out in the sticks – Peebles has a population of 9000.

But, as we have learnt of late, it’s the comic book stores that are not in city centres that are burgeoning right now, as more and more people work from home. Peebles is home to many people who commute – or used to at least – to Edinburgh. And it maybe makes more sense opening a shop

Which PC Game Store Sells the Best Hidden Gems?

Savvy customers know to shop around. You’ll never find the coolest products if you limit yourself to just one store. With online PC game marketplaces, all you need to do is open a tab or launch an app to expand your purchasing possibilities. The internet’s freedom also means stores can focus on specific gaming niches, so they can safely coexist with mainstream juggernauts like Steam and the Epic Games Store. GOG.com and itch.io double down on vintage classics and indie curiosities, respectively. Which store should you use to make your gaming tastes a touch more hip?

Which Store Has the Most Exciting Library?

Video games shamefully try to pretend their own history doesn’t matter. By getting old games to run on new PCs, sometimes with nifty extra content, GOG.com (Good Old Games) already plays a vital role in this industry. Its library includes countless classics, such as the lost Blade

LVMH Prize Winner Thebe Magugu Launches Online Store

PARIS — Winning the LVMH Prize for Young Designers last year should have propelled Thebe Magugu on a fast-track to expansion. Instead, the designer has found himself navigating choppy waters as the coronavirus pandemic has upended relationships between retailers and labels.

The silver lining? The drop in wholesale orders has prompted the South African brand to speed up the launch of its e-commerce site, which goes live today alongside Magugu’s fall 2020 campaign shot by Travys Owen.

Designed by London-based branding consultancy Commission Studio, which created the visual identity for Rihanna’s Fenty label and built by digital agency Official Business, ThebeMagugu.com is inspired by the front-end look of .edu web sites, reflecting Magugu’s tradition of naming his collections after university courses.

“I wanted to make an open invitation into my universe — making it more tangible and accessible,” he said.

In the Collections menu, the spines of books bear the

The retail landscape has been marred by the closures of well-known fashion stores as well as a high unemployment rate and the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet there are still bright spots when it comes to in-store shopping — such as L.A.’s the Webster, which has emerged as a sanctuary for style.

Magüis Sosa, a 32-year-old manager of online influencers, is one design-savvy fan who found refuge in the 11,000-square-foot store, anchoring a prime corner of the Beverly Center at Beverly and San Vicente boulevards in Los Angeles. The Webster opened at the start of the year before the pandemic hit California and has had to close twice because of COVID-19 safety restrictions and the unrest that swept L.A. this spring.
