Why sports betting is the next big investment : Augusta Free Press

(© Kaspars Grinvalds –

Sports betting has been the subject of continuous debate between people who had been into betting for long and those who see it as nothing but a lose-lose adventure. However, there is nothing wrong to bet on sports as long as you know how to limit yourself.

Most detractors would say that sports betting is completely a waste of money and time. But, for someone who’s familiar with this business, the argument comes opposite. Although sports betting is classified as gambling, every investment you make is worthy with moderation and responsible betting.

Sports betting games like football, basketball, and horse racing that includes a page with all of the

The Wallace State Future Foundation is gearing up for its 16th annual fundraiser. Postponed and reorganized due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Student Investment Lunch-In and Auction will include an online auction and a catered lunch via either drive-thru or delivery.

“Due to the pandemic, we’ve had to make some adjustments in our plans for the Student Investment Luncheon, but our goal is the same,” said Suzanne Harbin, Director of Advancement. “We remain dedicated to helping Wallace State students succeed by assisting them in removing financial barriers to their education.”

The Price of Music Lessons Is the Best Covid-19 Investment For Kids

When I was about eight years old, an uncle gave me his old folk guitar after a schoolteacher started offering after-class lessons. Thus began a lifelong love affair with making music.

I’d argue every parent should consider investing in music lessons for their offspring. The reopenings dovetail with hard decisions. Cash-strapped theme park owners must evaluate which technological investments they can afford and which will deliver the best long-term return.

“It’s a tough time right now for any theme park to be thinking about capital investments,” said Robert Niles, editor of Theme Park Insider.

“Many chains have had to rush forward development of new apps to support mobile ordering, advance reservations, and other customer service features that they needed to promote safe physical distancing in the parks,” Niles said. “But the lack of income over the past several months, coupled with much lower than expected income over the year ahead, will keep most
