Hoda loved listening to the “Verzuz TV” battle between Alicia Keys and John Legend. She especially liked learning about Legend’s backstory with Kanye West.

While showing off their piano playing skills, each artist performed their most famous hits on Instagram Live for viewers across the globe. The video was recorded and streamed on June 19 as a way to wrap up Juneteenth. It also follows the release of Legend’s new album “Bigger Love.”
